Brenda Long, age 45 of Schertz, passed away on September 27, 2007 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born to Robert & Joan Stone on May 14, 1962 in Warren, Ohio. Brenda graduated from Chalker High School in Southington, Ohio in 1981. She was a child day care provider out of her home for many years. Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Daniel Long; daughter, Rachael Long; sister, Angie Jost and numerous nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, October 1, 2007 at Schertz Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Corey Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
