Billie Ann (Norris) Wilburn of San Antonio, Texas died Saturday June 24, 2023.  Billie Ann was born on August 3, 1933, in Kingman Indiana to the late William and Obetta Norris of Kingman. She worked as a medical receptionist in Ft Myers and Tampa Florida for much of her work life.  In later years she returned to her childhood roots in Indiana and worked in Terre Haute for the State of Indiana and was recognized in 1994 as a 'Distinguished Hoosier' by then Governor Evan Bayh.  She later worked alongside her sister Judy Martin at the shop and restaurant at Turkey Run State Park, where she was employee of the year in 2003.  Later in life she lived and worked in a family hardware store in Johnson City, Tennessee.  Her final home was near her son Michael Young in San Antonio, Texas.  All who knew her referred to her as the 'sweetest' lady.

Billie Ann was preceded in death by her sister Judy Martin, her brother Burl P. Norris and her son Steven E. Young.  Survivors include son Michael E. Young and wife Christine, brother Bob Norris, grandchildren Jennifer, Steven, Levi, Christopher, Thomas and Patrick Young and great grandchildren Haley, Marissa, Aladee, Aiden, Sophia, Shiloh, Samuel, and Marsella.

Billie Ann will be buried alongside her son Steven E. Young at Kingman Fraternal Cemetery, Kingman Indiana.
