Arthur Jungwirth

March 8, 1940 — December 29, 2008

Lt. Col. Arthur Henry Jungwirth, U.S. Air Force, Retired, age 68 of San Antonio, passed away on December 29, 2008. He was preceded in death by his mother, Vera Rust and his brother, Fred Jungwirth. He is survived by his loving wife, Chuck Jungwirth; sons, Bradley Jungwirth of Rapid City, SD and David Jungwirth of Aurdra, CO; daughter, Tracy Jungwirth of Marina, CA; step-daughters, Sharrie Potts of San Antonio, TX and Stacy Nelson of Rapid City, SD; brother, Jerry Rust of Dubuque, IL; sister, Gayle Gaglio of Granger, IN and eight grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, January, 5, 2009 at MacArthur Park Lutheran Church, 2903 Nacogdoches, San Antonio, TX with Pastor Paul Ziese and Pastor Tracey Breashears officiating. Interment, with full military honors, will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
