Ann Nixon Kelly was born in Temple, Texas on Nov. 9, 1939 to Mayo and Hazel (Ratliff) Culp.
Ann attended the Full Gospel Church in Junction, Texas, where she accepted Christ into her life and was saved at the age of 10. She loved the Lord our God all of her life.
After living in numerous different places in Texas she moved to San Antonio. A small town person at heart the San Antonio area became her home.
Ann loved to travel and she saw God’s beauty in all the different places she traveled. She met many people who loved the Lord and saw so much beauty on the inside of each person.
Ann loved family! Her home was always open to them and her unselfish heart was always open as well.
Ann was married to Russel Nixon for over 25 years. They had one son, Steve Nixon. Later she married F.S. Kelly and they were married for over 29 years. She worked along side of him for the Texas Electrical Supply Company.
She is survived by her son, Steve Nixon, her grandchildren Justin and Cheryl, her great-granddaughter Ava Nicole, along with two brothers, two sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Ann will be held at the Schertz Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021, at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow the Funeral Service at Holy Cross Cemetery.
