Alice Moreno

Alice G. Moreno, 68, passed away on February 18, 2021 at her residence in Schertz, Texas. She was born on June 28, 1952 in El Campo, Texas to parents, Frank and Crisanta (Guzman) Moreno.

Alice was a caretaker and enjoyed playing piano and singing. She was a COAH Dance Team Leader, COAH Food Bank Volunteer and a part of the COAH Intersessory Prayer Team.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Crisanta; siblings, William, Rebecca, Ismael, Cecilia, Angie, Frank Moreno. She is survived by her children, Nelson Velasquez, Jr. with wife, Jennie and Amanda with husband, Duncan Rutherford; grandchildren, Esperanza Velasquez, Nathan Velasquez, Natalie and Tyler Pittman, Connor Rutherford, Bailey Rutherford and Aiden Rutherford; great-grandchildren, Amelia, Logan and Owen Pittman; siblings, Edward Moreno, Larry Moreno, Chris Saenz, Isabel Longoria and Roger Moreno.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at City On A Hill Church (513 Main Street Street  Schertz, Texas 78154)
